Look, I’ve been doing this since floppy disks were actually floppy. These days I’m tinkering with AI tools, and trying to figure out why my smart home keeps turning off the lights when I’m still in the room. The tech landscape keeps changing, and honestly? That’s what keeps it interesting. Old dog, new tricks, and all that.

Small venues, big passion. There’s something truly magical about experiencing music in a space where the energy is palpable and the connection between artists and audience is undeniable. That’s where I thrive.

Supporting local artists is a priority for me. I’m convinced that some of the most talented musicians are right here in our communities, and I’m committed to championing their voices. While I’m down for all kinds of musical genres, there’s something about Americana and singer/songwriter vibes that just speak to my soul. It’s like they have a backstage pass to my feels.

Nomadic Quests 🛩️

I’m not the hostel-backpacking type anymore, but I’m always suitcase-ready. My happy place? Somewhere down a highway, chasing quirky roadside attractions and discovering those perfect hole-in-the-wall spots the locals keep to themselves. I love hopping in my truck (EV, of course) with no firm plans and only a vague destination, just enough to know I’m headed toward a dot on the map I’ve never been before.

I built it with Astro and the AstroPaper theme, and now it runs on a VPS — a DigitalOcean “droplet,” which is just a tiny Linux VM sitting in someone else’s data center, pretending to be the cloud.
